On Monday 30th May, Five great Australian chefs each prepared one of their signature dishes, matched with wines from some of Australia's best wineries. The night was hosted again by the wonderful by Rob Gell who seamlessly introduced the five courses and interviewed each chef and the wine makers. The event was a huge success raising much needed funds of our Royal Children's Hospital Foundation.
